Description
In Family Food, popular food writer and TV cook, Silvana Franco has created an exciting collection of 120 recipes to suit every family occasion, ranging from a leisurely meal for two, to lunch on the run, or a celebratory dinner for an extended family of twelve. Each recipe - whether for entertaining or everyday eating - is simple to prepare and avoids lengthy or tricky techniques, at the same time producing a delicious modern dish that all the family will be delighted to eat. Designed to meet the varied needs of today's busy family, the recipe chapters cover quick and easy breakfasts and more leisurely brunches, flavourful family suppers which take less than thirty minutes to prepare, lively ideas for lunchboxes, fluster-free special dishes for large-scale entertaining, as well as smaller scale recipes catering for just two, and a collection of unbeatable family puddings. Illustrated throughout with stunning photographs of finished dishes, this is a must for every busy family who enjoys their food.
