Author Biography
Acclaimed Chef, Restaurateur, Author, TV presenter, Hotel and Restaurant consultant, Peter Kuruvita, has been a highly regarded and experienced member of the Australian food scene for the past 32 years. Peter established Sydney's iconic 'Flying Fish Restaurant and Bar' in 2004 and Flying Fish Fiji, at the Sheraton Fiji Resort in 2008. Both restaurants are renowned internationally for their creative modern dishes with a strong seafood focus, stunning ambience and locations.
