Always on the lookout for new flavors and beautiful things, he strives to offer tasty recipes, simple to make and with an aesthetic that is dear to him. He works mainly with publishing houses such as Solar, Hachette, Larousse and the magazines Saveurs and Slowly-Veggie. Grace McQuillan has translated the works of Andrei Makine, Stephane Allix, and has received a French Voices Award for her translation of Le Crieur de Nuit by Nelly Alard. Her work has also appeared in The Brooklyn Rail and PBS NewsHour.
