Driven by their passion for onigiri, the thousand-year-old Japanese snack, Ai Watanabe and Samuel Trifot opened their Gili-Gili restaurant in 2018 in the heart of Paris. Gili-Gili offers classic Japanese onigiri in a variety of original recipes that vary with the seasons.
