Author Biography

A lawyer and BBC MasterChef finalist, Hannah Miles has developed a second career as an author and food writer. She has published 31 cookbooks and is co-author on a further 8 books. Her books include The Gluten Free Baker, Pancakes and Waffles, Naked Cakes, Cheesecakes, Traybakes and Christmas Cookies. Recently she designed afternoon tea menus for the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo and the Japan's Barakura English Garden where she is a visiting lecturer.
