Author Biography
Julia Ponsonby is Head of Food at Schumacher College. She is the author of Gaia's Kitchen, which has remained consistently in print since it was first published in 2000, and which in 2001 won the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards for best vegetarian cookbook.
