His recipes have been featured in Canadian Living, Opa!, National Herald, Stahl, and Ensemble Vacations, and he is the author of The Big Book of Mediterranean Recipes and The Everything (R) Mediterranean Cookbook, 2nd Edition. He lives in Scarborough, Ontario.
