Author Biography
Ken Shamrock is the legendary martial artist who dominated no-holds-barred martial arts competition in both America and Asia. He was the first Superfight champion of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, the popular martial arts event, and the first King of Pancrase, the pioneering Japanese fighting circuit. He is also the founder of the Lion's Den in Northern California, where many of the world's top bare-knuckle warriors hone and harden their skills.
