Author Biography
David W. Morrah Jr. was a US army lieutenant who served at the AAA school (Antiaircraft Artillery) at what was formerly Camp Davis in North Carolina. He was a resident of Greensboro, NC, where he worked as a humor columnist for the Saturday Evening Post from 1946 to 1962. He was also the author of nine books, Dirty Fighting being his first, written during his time in the army in World War II. He passed away in 1991. Greg Jackson is a professional MMA coach based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He has trained champion UFC fighters such as Jon Jones, Georges St-Pierre, Holly Holm, and many other UFC contenders and World Extreme Cagefighting champions. He is also the winner of three World MMA awards: Best Coach (2009), Best Gym (2009), and Coach of the Year (2010).
