Readers are shown how to identify functional weaknesses in the body and correct them for improved sports performance. Sport specific movements such as hitting, striking, cutting and turning are also addressed. Assessment tests are design to show athletes where they have imbalances and a sequential approach should help readers understand how to move through each level. Athlete profiles also feature as part of the assessment process.
