Reviews

"The thing I like the most about these books is that their information is presented without prejudice for a specific school/style ... Overall I think these are really well-done books." --Martial Thoughts blog "If you study Karate or are considering it this book will give you some insight that can help you move forward more efficiently as a beginner, and become a reference as an intermediate or advanced practitioner (there's a section on becoming an instructor too!). It is a solid foundation of fundamental knowledge packaged up quite nicely." -- Wade McMaster, Martial Arts & Action Movies
