Author Biography

Gael Lindenfield is a qualified psychotherapist and one of the country's leading personal development trainers. She is also a fully qualified dramatherapist and psychiatric social worker and has undertaken extensive training in other associated disciplines, such as counselling, Gestalt and Psychodrama.
