Tamara J. Erickson is President of The Concours Institute, a member of BSG Alliance, a firm serving senior executives with leading-edge intellectual capital. Tamara is also an Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of the firm and leads the human capital practice. She is a widely respected expert and speaker on the changing workforce; on the shifting relationship between individuals and organizations; and on enhancing workforce productivity. Her work is based on extensive research on changing demographics, employee values, and the challenges facing today's employers; the first multi-year study, Demography is De$tiny, explored the implications of current demographic changes on human resource practices, and the second, The New Employee/Employer Equation, developed new and powerful approaches to increasing employee engagement through segmentation.
