Since reading 'Make Money Simple Again' and listening religiously to your podcast, I have paid down a lot of bad personal debt, funded my wedding (which was NOT cheap) and bought our first property (an apartment in the Inner West of Sydney that we'll eventually use as an investment property down the line). I've been able to organise the household finances to simplify our bank accounts and started learning more about financial modelling in order to better determine future cash flows.
