Author Biography
Brett Klika is the coauthor of the scientific study on high-intensity circuit training that was picked up and illustrated by the New York Times. A former Olympic athlete trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Brett now continues to do personal training while also consulting for Johnson & Johnson and other Fortune 500 companies, speaking internationally on sports performance, fitness, and behavior change, and acts as the Director of Athletic Programs at the renowned Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego.
