Author Biography

Josie Gibson shot to fame in 2010 when she won the final Big Brother series broadcast on Channel Four, polling 77.5% of the public vote - the largest winning margin on any Big Brother Series. Josie has since written columns for OK! and Now Magazine and appeared on numerous TV shows including OK! TV, The Wright Stuff, 8 out of 10 Cats, Celebrity Juice and Loose Women as well as two of her own reality TV shows. Josie dropped five dress sizes in six months by dieting and working out with personal trainer James Stark. She is now a size 10 and her fitness DVD 30 Second Slim has sold more than 125,000 copies. Josie lives in Bristol with her partner Luke and her dog Roxy.
