Laura Wilson is the owner and founder of Alkaline Diet Health Tips, which she set up in 2008 to help people heal disease, lose weight and gain optimum health and energy. Since then, over 15,000 people worldwide have downloaded her alkaline diet recipe book. Going from an overweight, unhealthy, tired smoker as a student in her 20s, to a lean, super-fit and vibrantly healthy ultra-marathoner in her mid-30s, Laura has researched nutrition and health for over 15 years and truly knows the simple secrets to achieving great health and energy, no matter what the starting point. She is a former Medical Research Manager for the UK's health service, a registered nutritionist and a qualified advanced gym and dance instructor. Laura is also the organizer of and lead speaker at the Natural Health & Vitality Conference.
