Description
40% of adult Americans are overweight. Many of them extremely so. This book is mainly for them; the desperate, the ones that have given up hope of ever being slim and healthy again. That sense of hopelessness breeds willingness, the kind of willingness that will do whatever is asked, as often as it is asked, even if praying your fat away seems absurd. Those who feel helpless in the face of their eating habits, are the ones who will receive the most benefits from this book. God has a blueprint of what He believes your body should look like. There is a very simple and clear path from where you are now, to acquiring the body He has blueprinted.
Author Biography
Roy Cagle is a man who has difficult life obstacles such as drug addiction and alcoholism. He has shared his journey with many people over the years and is now reaching out to the overweight and obese people in our society. He believes that maintaining reasonable weight and physical health is a mental, emotional, and spiritual problem and should be addressed as such. He started trying to uncover the secret to this thirteen years ago. Much trial and error produced a lot of frustration, along with some positive direction. He did not find the complete solution then. He would pull the file out and review it from time to time, in hopes that a complete solution would occur. Two years ago, he finally got the idea of identifying the food as well as right praying. It worked. He lost a significant amount of weight. What you have in your hand is the final copy. Nothing special is required except to follow the instruction.
