Description
The simple premise behind this revolutionary new book is that the natural pigments that give fruits and vegetables their colour can protect our bodies too. Combining their expertise in aging and nutrition, a leading scientist and an outstanding physician show readers how to prevent the most common age-related illnesses through a simple multi-coloured eating plan. For generations parents have been telling children to eat their fruits and vegetables - now The Color Code finally tells us why.
