Author Biography
Sally Beare is a journalist who is studying for a diploma in clinical nutrition at the British College of Nutrition and Health in London. She became interested in nutrition after dramatically improving her own health with a change in diet. She began writing this book while researching a documentary series on ageing, and has travelled all over the world in her quest to discover the nutritional and other secrets of staying young.
