Dr Wynnie Chan is a Public Health Nutritionist. She is the editor of four books in the McCance and Widdowson's The Composition of Foods series and the co-author of Fresh Chinese with Ken Hom. She has written numerous articles for consumer magazines and newspapers, as well as scientific journals.
