Author Biography
Richie Norton is an ex-professional rugby player turned yoga and breathwork practitioner. When an injury ended his sports career, he discovered the transformative power of yoga and breathwork and has spent the past 10 years working alongside sports teams, entrepreneurs and personal clients to help them maximise every aspect of their physical and mental health. Richie runs his own wellness platform The Vibe Tribe and is a regular instructor on the fitness app FIIT. This is his first book.
