Description

The premise of this book is that many problems that we have been taught to think have psychological origins are actually the result of low energy levels in the body's energy system. Energy psychology is an approach that allows you literally to tap into your own energy system, balance it, and begin to live a life free of nagging emotional pain, self-sabotage, and unresolved issues. According to the authors, these self-administered, acupuncture-based techniques are so powerful that you may not need other treatments, such as therapy and medication, to overcome a range of psychological problems. The step-by-step instructions in this book provide for an average treatment period of about two weeks. This major revision of a best-selling classic includes fully revised and updated references and case-study information. There are also new chapters on several significant mental health topics.
