Mary Beth Janssen, renowned beauty and wellness expert, author, and educator, is a certified Mind Body Health educator for the Chopra Center for Well-Being. As a consultant to the beauty/wellness/fitness industries, specializing in holistic and organic living, Mary Beth travels internationally presenting seminars, workshops, and retreats. She writes for several media outlets, and is presently working on her fifth book that will release December, 2008 titled Pleasure Healing: A Spa Mindfulness Approach to Nurturing Self. She lives in Illinois. Amy Saidens is a New York-based illustrator whose work has appeared in magazines like Lucky, Family Circle, and Good Housekeeping. Toni Bark, M.D., is medical director at the Center for Disease Prevention and Reversal in Evanston, Illinois. She was named a Top Doctor 2005 by Chicago magazine.
