Description
Gerald Greenwald has held top management positions at a number of major companies including Chrysler, Ford and United Airlines but despite his lofty jobs he has tried never to lost sight of how business works on an everyday basis. In this book he shares his insights and experiences on the most pressing issues in business today: an ageing workforce, corporate ethics, office politics and dealing with layoffs. Building on his own Midwestern background, Greenwald presents a "rolled-up sleeves" strategy that should make all workers think hard about where they've been and where they're going.
