Divided into four modules, the training approach that is presented in this book can be worked through over four months, and can be easily integrated into your training programme, whatever your style of riding. This book is an inspiring training guide for all those who wish to develop a strong and successful relationship with their horse, without the use of force. * The underlying principles: Movement, distance and softness * Foundation module: Controlling direction and speed * Calmness module: Strength through calmness * Collection and shoulder module: Positioning the shoulders correctly * Balance and co-ordination module: Educating an awareness of your body * Frequently asked questions: Things a trainer should always consider
