Author Biography
Henry Martyn Robert was an American soldier, general, and, most famously, the author of Robert's Rules of Order. He wrote the book after being ashamed by how poorly he had run a church meeting. He passed away in 1923. Chris MacDonald, PhD, is an educator, speaker, and consultant in the realm of business ethics. He writes the Business Ethics Blog, and teaches at the Ted Rogers School of Management, at Ryerson University in Toronto, where he is Director of the Jim Pattison Ethical Leadership Education & Research Program, at the Ted Rogers Leadership Center. He is also a Senior Fellow at Duke University's Kenan Institute for Ethics.
