Peter is famous for his love of local produce and seafood, spiced with Sri Lankan and world ?avours. His popular TV series My Sri Lanka, Island Feast, Mexican Fiesta and Coastal Kitchen air on television screens the world over and combine beautiful scenery with sensational local cuisine.
