Indicative of this range are fiction writer Hoa Pham reflecting on 'Finding a place in the world: Vietnamese-Australian diasporic writing'; artist Elizabeth Day thinking through the connections between her native Liverpool in England and Liverpool in Southwestern Sydney; and Australian-Canadian author Jonathan Bennett witnessing the release of his ties to Australia as he writes more and more in the Canadian idiom.
