Karen follows the integrated approach to nutrition, supporting the mind and the body through food. Her particular interest is in female health especially menopause nutrition. She has seen countless women in her practice and helped them with common problems at this stage of life which forms the basis of her first book, The Natural Menopause Method. She also hosts corporate wellness events on the menopause and has advised companies on how they can support their workforce through nutrition.
