Lone trained as a graphic designer at St Martin's School of Art and then worked in advertising. After going freelance, Lone helped shape the style and design of the b small publishing list and has contributed to many books as co-author.|Ide Marie translated I'm Too Big in the I CAN READ series for b small publishing.|Steve trained in animation at the RCA before working in advertising and drawing a strip cartoon for the Financial Times. He wrote and illustrated the Crafty Histories books and Read & Play for b small, alongside with wife. These days, Steve tours the UK with his roadshows for children.
