She has worked on numerous books, including Pies & Tarts and Summer Berries & Autumn Fruits, and her writing has appeared in best-selling magazines, including Waitrose Kitchen, Good Food, and Red. A Leiths-trained chef, she has worked in a number of kitchens and has travelled the world catering for rock-and-roll royalty.
