Author Biography

Penny Oliver has been writing about food since 1987, and she has worked with photographer Ian Batchelor on a number of New Holland titles, including At Home At Play and Harvest. Penny continues to develop recipes for magazines such as Cuisine, Taste and Real, and she has received accolades for her award-winning writing and food styling. Ian Batchelor has photographed a number of other New Holland titles, including Fresh, Viva l'Italia and Take a Vine-ripened Tomato... (by Julie Biuso). He has won 20 awards from New Zealand Professional Photography Associations and awards for his work in books and magazines.
