Scott Tulloch is a professional artist and illustrator who lives and works in Martinborough. Father of Lucy, who inspired his series of Willy books and part of the creative partnership with VM Jones that created Echo and Hush and then The Naughtiest Puppy, he is also collaborating with Des Hunt on a nature book for Kiwi kids.
