Author Biography
Alun Richardson is a British Canoe Union Level 3 Coach and has spent the last twenty years kayaking, sea kayaking, rock climbing, mountaineering, guiding and instructing in Britain, and in many other places throughout the world. Resident - Pembrokeshire Nigel Robinson was the Welsh Canoeing Association's Coaching Development Officer and is a British Canoe Union Level 5 Sea Kayak Coach. He was a gold medallist in the World Sea Kayak Championships in 1998, and runs sea kayak courses and guided trips from his home in Pembrokeshire.
