Description

Ages 3 to 6 years Mirabelle wants everyone to say `yes' to her, but soon finds out that maybe `no' is the right answer after all! Mirabelle is fed up with everyone always saying `no' to her, so when Wishker, a rufty, tufty roaming cat with wish granting whiskers shows up, she wishes everyone will say yes to her. Chaos ensues and Mirabelle soon decides to reverse her wish, but asks for just one thing, a pet rufty, tufty roaming cat!

After growing up in Yorkshire, Heather studied German at university, and then settled in London for many years. She recently moved with her partner David to live in Guildford where she can spend more time cycling and walking, and riding her cheeky grey horse, Finty. Heather has over twenty years' experience as a teacher; she currently works part time in a Primary School in South London. She finds the children's brilliant imaginations and love of stories are her biggest inspiration for writing picture books. Author of: Strictly No Crocs, Wishker, Beware the Mighty Bitey and Froggy Day Sarah Jennings is a children's book illustrator based in London. At a very young age she discovered a love of drawing and has been scribbling in a sketchbook ever since! Since graduating in 2013 she has worked on a variety of books.
