Author Biography
Angela Nilsen's career has always involved food, either teaching or writing about it for books, magazines and newspapers. From May 1994 - July 2004, she was Food Editor of BBC Good Food Magazine, and is now a freelance writer and editor. In 2004 she won both the Glenfiddich Cookery Writer Award and The Guild of Food Writers' Cookery Journalist of the Year Award. Jeni Wright is a highly respected culinary expert and food writer. She specialises in Italian cuisine, but has had articles and books published covering a wide range of cookery subjects. She is a member of the Guild of Food Writers.
