Description
This book shows you how to change the way you look and feel in just 21 days with a top-to-toe health and beauty programme. In their struggle to balance home, career, and family most women put everyone else before themselves and then wonder why they feel stressed, tired, and lacking in confidence. A New You in 21 Days is about finding time to transform the way you look and feel, leaving you brinning with health, confidence, and vitality. The book offers very real, in-depth yet easy-to-follow advice, step-by-step routines and fast-track ways of dramatically improving your energy, fitness, and ability to cope with stress - and shows that it takes less time than you think. The New You programme begins by helping you to assess who you are and what your expectations are. Seven chapters give you the routines, techniques, and treatments that make up the 21-day programme, and a daily planner allows you to customise the programme to your individual needs and lifestyle. There are specific targets for different age groups with motivational advice and fast-track tips as well as ways to maintain the programme once the 21 days are over.
