Author Biography
Philip Seaton is Secretary of the Orchid Specialist Group (OSG) and an honorary Research Assistant at Kew. Att Kidderminster College, Philip lectures on seed growing techniques both in the UK and Latin America, and has co-authored landmark scientific papers on the subject. Margaret Ramsay works in the Micropropagation Laboratory at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Margaret is a member of IUCN (The World Conservation Union) Species Survival Commission's Orchid Specialist Group (OSG) and runs the Sainsbury Orchid Project which, in collaboration with English Nature and the Country Wildlife Trusts, is reintroducing endangered British orchids back into the wild.
