He now lives in Edinburgh but was based in Canada for much of his life. David Potter is a semi-retired teacher of Classics and Spanish has written many other football biographies, including Willie Maley- The Man Who Made Celtic and Bobby Murdoch, Different Class. He lives in Kircaldy.
