Author Biography
Amy Birch grew up in Oxford before studying at the University of Cambridge where she received a BA (Hons) in History. Since then she has pursued careers in publishing and psychotherapy. She is a professional counsellor and is registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). She enjoys gardening and crafts in her spare time.
