Author Biography

Originating from the East of England, Karen Dale qualified as a home economist in London before relocating to Australia where she worked in the food industry. She returned to the UK where she has settled on the South Coast with her son and spends much of her time researching, preparing and serving food, to the delight of her friends and family.
