Juliet Uzor, a London school teacher is renowned for her crafting and sewing skills. Through her thorough online sewing courses, craft magazine columns, craft-focused podcast and Youtube channel, Juliet shares inspiring tips, tricks and tutorials to demystify sewing clothes for home sewers. After winning The Great British Sewing Bee in 2019, she has continued to explore a range of garment designs using fabrics of varying fibres, textures and origins using techniques from her experience from the London College of Fashion. Juliet's passion for teaching sewing workshops radiates through the different media including television, craft based magazines and in stitch festivals. Her message as an advocate for sewing clothes at home, online and offline, is that everyone can take charge of their own style without being at the mercy of clothing houses and stores.
