Author Biography
Omar Allibhoy trained with Ferran Adria in Spain and later became chef at El Pirata deTapas in Notting Hill, London. He has since opened five Tapas Revolution restaurants (Shoreditch, Westfield, Bluewater, Birmingham and Sheffield).
