Author Biography
Rachel Boyett posts her family veggie and vegan recipes on her popular Instagram @littleveggieeats and blog www.littleveggieeats.com. She is a mother of three and a life-time vegetarian. When she started weaning she quickly realised that rather than being an extra level of admin, weaning was actually really fun and a brilliant opportunity to get creative. Her own style of cooking and recipes has evolved as her family has grown and now she's a firm believer in one meal for all the family.
