Author Biography
Bestselling author Melissa Hemsley celebrates easy and affordable healthy food that everyone can enjoy. As one half of the Hemsley + Hemsley sister duo, she published two bestselling cookbooks and opened a cafe at Selfridges, London. Since then she has gone on to publish her first bestselling solo cookbook, Eat Happy, and is a regular columnist for both the Telegraph and Vogue. Melissa is a proud supporter and volunteer for the food waste charity The Felix Project, The Prince's Trust, Mental Health Mates, Women Supporting Women, Cook for Syria (Unicef) and is a judge of the Soil Association Awards and the host of the 2019 Sustainable Restaurant Association Awards.
