Reviews

If it's good enough for Harry Styles, it's good enough for everybody. Small, simple steps to a happier life * Daily Mail * Beautifully and truthfully written...tipped as a Christmas bestseller. * The Daily Telegraph * Kelly writes with charm and kindness about overcoming depression. * Evening Standard * It's a beautiful little book and it will help you with your anxiety. I absolutely LOVE this book. It's so gracefully accomplished and full of hope and practicality. Stretches out a hand to the lonely, the lost and the exhausted. It's a great gift of hard-won wisdom. * The Guardian * "I very much enjoyed this book's wisdom and sense of empathy." Jason Cowley, editor of the New Statesman * New Statesman *
