Author Biography
Davina Bell is an award-winning writer for young readers of many ages. She writes picture books (including All the Ways to be Smart and Under the Love Umbrella), junior fiction (Lemonade Jones) and middle-grade fiction (the Corner Park Clubhouse series and the Alice books in the Our Australian Girl series). Davina's debut young-adult novel will be published in 2020. She lives in Melbourne, where she works as a children's book editor. Jenny Lovlie is an illustrator and bird enthusiast from Ekkeroy in northern Norway. Being the first child born in the village in 12 years left a lot of time for her to develop her imagination and drawing skills. Her style is bright and colourful with lots of texture, plants and animals. She draws a lot of inspiration from the Arctic landscape, flora and fauna. Jenny has a BA in illustration from Kingston University and is now based in Cardiff.
