Written with clarity and humour, A Modern Dog's Life offers a new approach to owning and training a dog. It draws on the latest research on dog behaviour and the author's expertise as a vet and animal behaviourist to explain why dogs behave they way they do. The book explores the challenges faced by modern dogs (and their owners) while exploring what motivates dogs, how to train them effectively, and how to meet their needs for fun and exercise. It will appeal to every dog owner, vet, trainer or breeder genuinely interested in dogs.
