Author Biography

With a long and successful career as a food writer and stylist, Katy Holder has always been passionate about cooking and encouraging people to cook. Katy grew up in London but has lived in Sydney for many years, where the weather allows her to indulge her love of eating outdoors with her two teenage boys and her friends. She is the author of 10 cookbooks (including The Hungry Campers Cookbook and A Moveable Feast). She has been the Food Director of Family Circle Magazine, wrote the food pages for Australian marie claire magazine for several years and has written for most leading Australian and UK food magazines. Katy also works for Marley Spoon, one of Australia's leading meal-kit delivery companies.
